but theres really nothing else to say. youve worked so hard on x-plane. youve designed it. youve built it. youve made it the best flight sim out there. youve had to make compromises to keep it light on resources, but youve done it. youve built a legacy. lets at least show it to the world. weve waited this long. it sucks to wait this long.
im looking forward to the new features and improvements in x-plane 12. i hope that the new x-plane 12 will include an improved fbw autopilot that will not react badly to the autopilot disconnects. flight simulation is not a game. it is not enjoyable unless it is as realistic as possible. the autopilot was not a game in fsx, and the same will be true with x-plane 12.
ok, so ive had some time to play with x-plane 12 and some of the new features. im one of the early adopters of the dc designs em and its been great. the only issue i had with it is that as it is a high thrust engine, it consumes a lot of battery. the default settings on it were an issue for me and the xplane team fixed it in their latest update. however, it still consumed too much battery. i read somewhere that there is a new engine that should fix this, but i can not find it. if someone could point me in the right direction, i would appreciate it.
i have downloaded and installed the rcx-49 from the xplane.net website. i will continue to use the em in the interest of time. i was wondering if there was any way to use the rcx-49 on x-plane 12 as a replacement for the em? or is it something that would have to wait for x-plane 13?
hey guys, i installed the crackxplane and i have this problem with the new x-plane 12: when i go to my home page and click on the fly button, the planes change to my preferred plane, but when i want to activate the new plane, the fly button is “locked”. so, i can not fly with my new plane. hope you can help me.
