We think that the lack of SFC is the reason, but as I am a user of both and the only difference is noise and that, Boeing have it (and it works), while Airbus haven’t, a320neo will not be forced to follow.

I started test flight NBHBJAW in XP12.00r1, A320v3.0r1
Primary issue:
Speedbrakes are not operational while in climb to the cg, the mpg would go to 1.
Flight mode set to F8.
When hitting the stop button, speedbrakes were at 100%.
The aircraft slowed at 8.2
I do not know whether the speed brake failure in a A320 can be caused by wrong settings in the FC but could it be that speed brake is only engaged between 10000 and 20,000 ft and is not active for the descent of a landing?
I do not have the FBW or the FENIX and have no information on the FMC so I cannot comment on the flight planning in more detail. I have had a similar problem once with the descents: I descend manually with the FMC MUTUUD and the speed brake is not working. I can only reason that it is an issue with the FMC and not with the flight plan because the descents are not left at lower altitudes then the approaches. Perhaps my flight plan was not verified by an FMC upgrade and it is not possible to do it properly when descending, I do not know.
