so i connected my 16 gb kingston memory stick to the desktop and installed the provided driver. i can see the kingston memory stick in my computer, but it won’t show up under the “device manager” as shown in the picture above. i tried to install the drivers i downloaded from the asus website, but the same problem persists. i tried all the methods i could find online, like installing the “generic usb controller driver” first, and reinstalling the mbr, but none of them helped. i’ve also tried to enable “usb 2.0 mass storage device” under the “usb” tab in my bios, but still no luck. any ideas?
