Serial Port Throughput Monitor Activation Key

WMI Throughput Monitor is a small utility that monitors the throughput of your Serial Port and displays various metrics including Real-time, Peak, Average and Min/Max. Once the program is installed, the counter starts to accumulate time while monitoring your Serial Port. When you define the period you wish to monitor, the program will measure throughput for the configured period. You can define the maximum and minimum number of measurements that the program will take by using the respective boxes below.

Throughput Serial Port Throughput shown in the graph is calculated by the number of characters written in the given period of time.

Throughput is calculated in characters per second. If only characters are shown then the throughput is indeed in characters per second.

To calculate throughput for the selected port and driver, select the desired metric option from the dropdown menu.

Example: Throughput for UART Port 1 on USB Port 2 is displayed in characters per second.
